Our in-person, no obligation consultation allows us to walk your existing space, take pictures and measurements while discussing your project's scope, your wish list, objectives and your budget. 

3. Plan Presentation

Based on our consultation, we prepare and present you with a plan (contract) that outlines the scope of work, any specific considerations discussed and the cost for your project.   

4. Approval

Once you have confirmed you approval by signing and returning the contract along with the commencement deposit,  we are now ready to get your project started.

5. Project Commencement

Working closely with you, we ensure you select your products and finishes and answer any specific questions you may have relating to timeline and work activity.  It is always our aim to ensuring the process is as smooth and as worry free for you as possible.   

6. Project Completion

We deliver your project on budget and on time, keeping you informed of any changes or findings.  At project completion, a final walk-around and hand-over ensures your satisfaction.   

7. Follow Up

We conduct a customer service follow up call within 90 days to see how you are enjoying your new or improved spaces.
